“We are creating hundreds of new jobs with this expansion, and that will positively impact the local economy. The 170,000 square-foot facility replaces an aging building that hadn't been updated since its debut in 1990. The Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for an $80 million casino near the Arkansas border. Cherokee Nation leaders and representatives of the Roland community cut the ribbon on the new facility on July 1.
